Natural Resources Commission

Climate Action Committee

Planning Commission
The City of Winters Planning Commission meeting scheduled for September 23, 2025, was canceled because there were no agenda items. The cancellation notice was issued by the Community Development Department. The next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting is set for October 28, 2025.
Hispanic Advisory Committee
The Hispanic Advisory Committee will discuss three upcoming community events. The Citizenship Workshop will be held in two parts: October 27 at the Abbey Street Conference Room and November 15 at St. Anthony Parish Hall.
