Forestry/Parks Committee members present include P. Hanson, T. Hiller, J. Pinardi, B. Stutz, and D. McNutt. Others present during the meeting included: Eric Peterson, Forest Administrator; Tara Krall, Office Manager; Larry Youngs, Co Board Chair; Jay Sween, Manager; Katy Broquard, Ryan Peasley and Don Pelkowski, WDNR. Minutes for 5/19/2026 Zoning Committee Meeting page 1 of 2 The Iron County Comprehensive Planning/Land & Zoning Committee met in the County Board Room of the Iron County Courthouse in Hurley, WI on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026. Committee members present were newly re-appointed Chairman Patrick Hanson, Karen Lauer, Jeff Nevala, Steve Finco. Absent, Gary Kessler. Erika Roeder, Zoning Department Administrator, Assistant Zoning Administrator Mark Marczak as well as GIS Specialist, Neil Martinko were present. Due to recent elections and officer nominations not being completed, Director Roeder called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Roeder stated and acknowledged that the meeting notice has been posted properly and immediately called for the nomination of Chairperson.
