BOC Zoning Hearing

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners will hear six proposed zoning decisions (ZDs) and three proposed comprehensive plan amendments (CPs) for residential properties. The agenda includes items for single-family and multi-family developments.

Board of Zoning Appeals Variance Hearing

The Cobb County Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a consent agenda of variance requests for residential and commercial properties. A request will be reviewed to amend future meeting dates because of the special election for Congressional District 14 on March 10, 2026 and a possible runoff on April 7, 2026. Minutes from four December 2025 election meetings will be approved.
