Planning Commission reviews residential subdivision and cannabis store application

The Planning Commission will hold public hearings regarding two development applications. The commission will consider a two-unit residential subdivision at 1592 Redlands Place and a retail cannabis storefront at 167 Cabrillo Street. Staff recommends approval for the residential project and denial for the cannabis application.
