ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Andre called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
COUNCIL PRESENT:
Gabe Paulson, Catherine Way, and Mayor Stephanie Andre
COUNCIL ABSENT:
Scot Candell and Sarah Margulies
STAFF PRESENT:
City Clerk Alison Foulis, City Manager Dan Schwarz, Recreation
Director Nick Stone, and City Attorney Sky Woodruff
Mayor Andre led the pledge of allegiance.

APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
Upon motion by Vice Mayor Paulson, and seconded by Councilmember Way, the City Council
approved the consent calendar in one motion. The vote was unanimously in favor (Candell and
Margulies absent). The approved consent calendar consisted of the following items:

Approve warrants.
4.2
Approve minutes of the February 4, 2026, regular meeting.
4.3
Approve minutes of the February 7, 2026, special meeting.
4.4
Adopt Resolution 10/26 acknowledging receipt of a report made by the Fire Chief
