City Council

The City Council approved a series of consent calendar items including a pedestrian improvement project and pavement assessment. The Council also authorized an independent investigation into allegations of Councilmember conduct.

• Approved $20,300 Task Order with Michael Baker International for Lead Water Service Line Inventory
• Approved Agreement with Bucknam Infrastructure Group, Inc. for pavement assessment and 5-year plan
• Allocated $8,300 for City Council Retreat Facilitation Services with Centre for Organization Effectiveness
• Accepted $9,000 donation from Del Mar Foundation for all-terrain wheelchairs and accessibility mats
• Adopted Resolution 2023-33 supporting public outreach for the LOSSAN Rail Realignment Project
• Appointed Kenneth Barrett to the Finance Committee for a three-year term

City Council

The City Council met in closed session to discuss litigation and real property negotiations. No reportable actions were taken during the meeting.

Design Review Board

The Board approved permits for a new detached garage, a flagpole and spa installation, and a deck reconfiguration. All three applications were passed without opposing votes from the board members present.
