This testing is open to the public. In accordance with the requirements in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the test shall incorporate a “test deck” of at least 50 ballots for the September 1st, State Primary Election. Ballots will be marked in such a way as to adequately test the computer program, demonstrate rejection of overvoted ballots, and test any other contents of the program which may have a bearing upon the accuracy of the count.
