Council to consider rezoning and TIF district for 22-unit Hickman Road housing project
The Des Moines City Council will hold public hearings and votes on two rezoning requests, including a Habitat for Humanity project at 6100 Hickman Road to build about 22 row homes, which also involves creating an urban renewal area and TIF district.
