Council to approve 1404 Royal Oaks residential development plan
The Duarte City Council will hold a public hearing to certify and approve the Mitigated Negative Declaration and adopt resolutions for the General Plan amendment, zoning change, tentative parcel map, and site plan for the 1404 Royal Oaks project. The council will also consider routine consent calendar items, reject all bids for the FY 2025-26 CDBG ADA curb ramps project, and make appointments to intergovernmental organizations. Additional actions include amending the Council Meeting Rules of Decorum and directing staff to notify SCE that the city will not proceed with undergrounding Utility District No. 11.
