The Board of Trustees agreed to purchase 22 Hardie Board siding pieces for $285 after warranty work stalled, rather than continue pursuing the warranty claim. The board also discussed but did not pursue cleaning up the side lot, and tabled the June 25 meeting minutes until August. Trustee Adriana Buda announced she is stepping down, and the board will seek a replacement.
