Minutes of the Meeting of the Dunn County Board of Adjustment.
Held on May 18, 2026, in the Government Center, Room 60.
DRAFT
Call to Order. Chairperson Halvorson called the meeting to order at 10:30 am.
Roll Call. Present were Crystal Halvorson (Chairperson), Chase Potter (Secretary), David
Bartlett, Heather Seburn, and Lisa Pelnar (Alternate). Quorum confirmed.
Approval of Minutes. Bartlett made a motion to approve the December 15, 2025, meeting
minutes. Seconded by Seburn. All in favor. Motion carried.
Public Hearings:
1. Michael Prochnow, Town of Red Cedar. Request for a variance from Section
13.2.2(i)(2) of the Dunn County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, which requires a
minimum lot size of one (1) acre in the general agriculture district. The requested
variance would allow the division of an existing 1.446-acre parcel into two (2) lots,
including one lot of approximately 0.446 acres. Property Location: E7461 US Highway
