Apex – Bidding & Construction Phase Services II. GHD – Bidding & Construction Phase Services III. Collection System Contract 1 IV. Collection System Contract 3 Jamie made a motion to award the Apex bidding and construction phase services contracts, including the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services; the GHD bidding and construction phase services contracts; and Collection System Contracts 1 and 3 to Dig it Construction, as presented.
