Senior Housing Committee

Senior Housing Committee
The Senior Housing Committee discussed address designations for the new 3 Care Drive development and reviewed an infrastructure cost estimate of $2.4‑$2.5 million. Members examined a draft grant application for the Housing Works Infrastructure Grant and the Rural Development Fund. A vote was taken to request $100,000 from existing town funds for water and sewer work, and it passed unanimously. The request will be presented at a special town meeting on May 25.

Senior Housing Committee
The Senior Housing Committee approved Leslie signing a letter to the Executive Office of Housing and Liveable Communities regarding the town's affordable housing goal. The committee agreed that Pete Sanders and Glen McCrory will attend the upcoming design meeting in May. Jen and Paula committed to pursue all avenues to locate the missing geothermal “as‑built” information.
