Adoption of Agenda
Resolution No. 80 — Motion by Mr. Ellis and seconded by Mr. Williams to adopt the
agenda as presented. Motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Leyda mentioned the dates for upcoming meetings were listed incorrectly. They
should have been noted as June 25, 2026, for the committee meeting and July 14, 2026, for the
regular meeting.
Resolution No. 81 — Motion by Mr. O’Polka and seconded by Mr. Ellis to approve the
minutes of June 9, 2026, with corrected dates. Motion passed unanimously.
