The meeting was held at the Franklin Park Borough Building at 7:30 on June 15, 2026. Because
the meeting was arranged quickly to meet the posted meeting date, no virtual access was
available. For that reason, an abbreviated agenda was addressed.
Old Business
Festival in the Park
Jim Porcelli will be leading EAC efforts for Festival in the Park. Paul Minor, a former EAC
member, will be bringing his household hazardous waste display. There will also be a sign-up
sheet to recruit volunteers for future EAC activities and environmental information for the
public. Patrick Pagnano volunteered to support Jim at the EAC booth during the second shift. In
addition, there will be a Bird Town booth which will feature Nick from the Audubon Society of
Western Pennsylvania and a raptor program. The Bird Town booth will also include information
on encouraging birds in our communities and native plants to give away. Letty Savage will
support Nick in the Bird Town booth.

Most of the new business involved issues that were on hold while Zack was on leave. The issues
