*music* Thank you. We will now start with the the minutes from the regular meeting of July 20th, 2026. There are no changes. Thank you. Is there a motion to approve the minutes? I'll make that motion. Thank you, Commissioner Durant. Is there a second? Is there a second? I'll second the motion. Thank you, Vice Chair Ward. All in favor, say aye. Aye. All opposed, say no. This item is approved. Chair, I'm going to abstain from that since I was absent from that meeting. Okay, no problem. Do I have to do it over? You don't have to, but you don't have to abstain since the minutes are already provided in the agenda, so you can read them. In which case, I'll change my vote to approve. We're starting early, I see. We will now move on to subcommittee reports. There are none , so we will now move on to member reports and comments. Commissioner Durant, do you have any reports or comments? Nothing for me. Thank you. Thank you. Vice Chair Ward? None. Thank you. Thank you. Commissioner Karcharski? You repeat the question. Do you have any reports or comments for this commission? No. Not right now. Thank you. Not right now. We got coffee in the back. Okay. Okay. Commissioner Dolan? Just one, briefly. As a member of the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, I have the chance to see Roading Park on the daily and quite close up, but I have to say, Roading Park looks amazing these days. It's quite beautiful, and they've done some tremendous improvements, so I just want to note that. Thank you. We will now move on …

All right. Perfect. Thanks, everyone. Okay, it is 5:36 and we're going to call to order here. As a reminder, members of the public are invited to attend the meeting in person at City Hall. They can also participate on Zoom. So we will now do roll call. District 1, April Henry. Absent. District 2, Laura Gromas absent for now. District 3? Present. District 4? Present. District 5? So there is a request to remove -- to move -- not remove, but to move items 5A and 5B down to the staff reports. Since staff will be arriving a little bit later. With that, is there a motion to approve the amended agenda? Motion to approve as amended. Second. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. All opposed? Okay, this motion is approved. And moving on to the approval of minutes. Are there any changes to the minutes from June 24th to 2026 ? Seeing none, is there a motion to approve the minutes? Motion to approve. Second. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Item is approved. Okay, at this time, we'll move on to unscheduled public communications or comments. As a quick note, there was a supplemental packet of comments sent in ahead of the meeting. Those are available to view on Legistar. We'll have a couple of packets up front here if you want to view those comments. And I guess if you have any comments on those comments, we would address it …
