The Glenn Heights Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a special meeting to consider a zoning case (RZ-001-23) that would amend Planned Development 6 (PD-6) to Planned Development 27 (PD-27), covering approximately 111.66 acres. The request, submitted by Farrukh Azim, proposes four districts: townhome, single-family, multifamily, and retail. The commission will also appoint a chairperson and vice chairperson. Citizens Police Advisory Committee Meeting
