Roll Call Present: Chairman Peter Waller, Alternate Kyle Jones, Patrick Corcoran, Amy Connerton, John Houghton, Connie Geiman Also Present: Community Development Director Trent Hyatt, City Attorney Karl Hanlon, Chief of Public Safety Joseph Deras, and City Manger Steve Boyd. Motion: Motion to seat Alternate Commissioner Kyle Jones was approved unanimously. Conflicts of Interest No conflicts of interest were declared. 2. Presenter: Community Development Director Trent Hyatt Community Development Director Trent Hyatt presented the procedures for violations and corrections of the code.
