The California City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the appeal of the Planning Director’s approval of Site Plan Review No. SPR 25-09 for the California City Correctional Facility at 22844 Virginia Boulevard. Staff recommends the Commission adopt Resolution No. PC 2026-07-07 to deny the appeal and uphold the February 26, 2026 approval.
