Council to consider rezoning 155 acres for commercial development near Flying Fortress Parkway

The Kingman City Council will hold public hearings on a general plan amendment and rezoning of about 128–155 acres at Louise Avenue and Flying Fortress Parkway to Regional Commercial, allowing retail, hotels, restaurants, and fueling facilities. Clean City Commission

Clean City Commission to appoint Chair and Vice Chair for 2026

The Commission will receive annual Open Meeting Law training, consider approval of October 2025 minutes, and vote on a new Chair and Vice Chair.
