Judiciary and Ordinance Review Committee

The Judiciary and Ordinance Review Committee voted 4-0 to recommend to the Common Council a zoning text amendment that would delete the DR-8 district and reclassify those areas into TR-10. The amendment, proposed by Administrator Rindy and recommended by the Plan Commission, is intended to eliminate barriers and reorganize the zoning code. The committee also accepted the minutes from December 8, 2025.
