City Council

The Dunnellon City Council will approve routine items such as the minutes, a waiver for alcohol sales at the 2025 Boomtown Days event on April 12, and authorize the mayor to attend the Florida League of Cities/Mayors conference. The council will hold a public hearing on the intent to dispose of surplus property at 20804 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, with a motion to reject all current offers and re‑advertise the parcel. Additional agenda items include an ordinance appointing a Planning Commission member to the School Board and a resolution establishing a vacation‑rental registration fee. A discussion by the Dunnellon Police Department is also scheduled.
