Urban Renewal Authority on 2025-07-08 6:30 PM
The Erie Urban Renewal Authority will consider approving a first amendment to the tax increment revenue (TIF) agreement with the Town of Erie for the Erie Town Center Urban Renewal Plan, and a resolution to pay funds to the town for the Colliers Hill–Historic Downtown Erie Connection pedestrian bridge. Historic Preservation Advisory Board
