Department of Transportation (INDOT) for the Walnut Phase III Project. The project is a zero sum change order for the extension of days for the completion date of the project. The previous change orders accounted for the 76 added days for Milestone 1 but were not accounted for Milestone 2. Milestone 2 is the CSGP Intermediate Completion Date and the time extensions are applicable to it as well and are required to be change ordered per INDOT procedure.
