Advisory Park Board Agenda
The Advisory Park Board will discuss possible new bike facilities in Lakeside Park West, including mountain biking and BMX options, as presented by the Director of Public Works. Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Appeal No. 2025-05, seeking a use variance to allow a commercial yoga studio at 96 South National Avenue in the R-1 Single Family Residential District. City staff recommend approval only if the applicant demonstrates it is a post-secondary school by updating its website and maintaining its EAP certificate; otherwise staff recommend denial. The board will also elect a chair and approve minutes from April 7, 2025.
