Public Comments: None Council Liaison: City Council is working on Departmental budgets. Aviation and the golf course will be part of the enterprise fund with no general funds available. There is a 775k decline in property tax revenue due to lower property values. Staff Reports: YTD we are 12% up in rounds, 25% up in revenue. Irrigation project has begun on the #2 hole. Should be complete mid October to early November. One year after new irrigation is complete expect 40k+ rounds and we will be in the black. 3 years ago we had a 900k loss, this year is trending to come in below 200k loss. Approval of Minutes: Jason made a motion to approve the minutes from 4/28/2026, Jack 2nd the motion. Motion carried. GCAC Work Plan: Discussion on what to focus on.
