Second reading to annex and rezone 2.75 acres on Harding Ave for mixed-use

The City Commission will hold second readings and public hearings on three ordinances (2024-39, 2024-40, 2024-41) to annex and rezone a 2.75-acre parcel on Harding Avenue for mixed-use development. The consent agenda includes multiple funding agreements and contracts, such as a $200,000 FRDAP grant for the Lake Wales Soccer Complex and a $114,910 engineering contract for a Water Master Utility Plan.
