The Manteca City Council will consider adopting a resolution to award a Progressive Design-Build agreement to C. Overaa & Company for the Wastewater Quality Control Facility Ultraviolet Disinfection System Rehabilitation and Ammonia Sidestream Treatment projects, with a not-to-exceed amount of $2,397,730 and authorization for up to $20,000,000 in amendments and a $20,000,000 contingency. The council will also consider accepting grant deeds for two properties on W. Atherton Drive for a future billboard, approving a public facilities fee deferral for Three Strikes Family Entertainment Center, and adopting several other consent items including budget appropriations and ordinance amendments.
