SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL

The Oakley City Council, acting jointly with the Successor Agency and Public Financing Authority, will consider consent calendar items including ordinances, a property sale agreement, and grant applications. REGULAR MEETING OF THE OAKLEY PLANNING COMMISSION

This is a largely procedural meeting of the Oakley Planning Commission. The only substantive item is a presentation on the Marsh Creek Watershed Council and Friends of Marsh Creek Watershed. The commission will also consider approving minutes from the October 17, 2023 meeting.

REGULAR JOINT MEETING OF THE OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL/OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL ACTING AS THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE OAKLEY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OAKLEY PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY

The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing to amend and restate a resolution authorizing the city to join the California Statewide Communities Development Authority’s Infrastructure Program. A second public hearing will consider a master amendment to the Grand Cypress Preserve Development Agreements. The council will also adopt a superseding agreement for reimbursement and implementation of Grand Cypress Preserve improvements. REGULAR MEETING OF THE OAKLEY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Oakley Planning Commission will hold public hearings on two items: a master amendment to the Grand Cypress Preserve Development Agreements, continued from the September 12 City Council meeting, and a tentative map extension for a subdivision at 2480 Oakley Road. The commission will also consider approving minutes from a special meeting in August.
