Perris extends industrial warehouse moratorium until December 2026

Commission approves Perris Gateway Commercial Center on 20.28 acres
The Planning Commission voted to approve the Perris Gateway Commercial Center project on Consent Calendar item B, including a Specific Plan Amendment, tentative parcel maps, conditional use permits, and development plan reviews for a 157,928-square-foot self-storage facility, six drive-thru restaurants, two fuel stations, and a car wash. The commission also voted to continue a public hearing for another commercial project on 10.64 acres near Case Road, Goetz Road, and Ellis Avenue, consisting of a self-storage facility, convenience store with drive-thru and fueling station, and car wash.
