City Council

The City Council will reorganize by nominating and selecting a mayor and vice mayor for the 2025-26 term, including an oath of office and recognition of the outgoing mayor. Under the consent calendar, the council will consider contracts for website redesign with CivicPlus, legal services amendments, personnel changes including a minimum wage increase to $17.02 for Program Assistants, and acceptance of open space and drainage easements for the Sierra College Senior Apartments project. A discussion item will review the first-quarter financial report for FY 2025/26 and propose a budget amendment.

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee will consider a design review and conditional use permit for the Rocklin Public Market, a mixed-use center in the Quarry Architectural District. The project includes four buildings, a central plaza, 20 residential units, a market hall, and a brewery/restaurant. Staff recommends the ARC review the modified architecture and recommend approval, or provide direction for further modifications.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on two items: Victory Lane Center, a proposed drive-through restaurant with design review and conditional use permit, and Destiny Christian School, which involves a General Plan Amendment, General Development Plan Amendment, and other approvals. Investment Advisory Committee
