The Talbot County Short-Term Rental Review Board will consider four short-term rental license applications at its September 15, 2022 meeting. The board will also approve the decision summary from its July 28, 2022 meeting. All applications are for either accessory or primary dwelling units in rural zoning districts.

The Talbot County Public Works Advisory Board is meeting to discuss private septic systems (OSDS) and private community water systems as part of the Comprehensive Water and Sewer Master Plan update. They will review the status, performance, and planned improvements of shared sanitary facilities, identify failing septics in sensitive areas, and discuss how information will be collected and mapped. The meeting is a working session with no votes or public hearings scheduled.
