Council to accept public improvements for Gypsum Early Learning Center
The Town Council will consider and decide on several resolutions, including accepting dedication of public improvements for the Gypsum Early Learning Center, Village at Buckhorn Phase 1, and Eagle County Regional Airport Hangar 9. The council will also appoint Planning and Zoning Commission members, review special event liquor permits for three events, and hear citizen comments on traffic enforcement. Town Council to consider water shortage restrictions, property acquisition
The Gypsum Town Council will hold a public hearing and second reading of an ordinance authorizing the Town Manager to declare water shortage phases and update water use restrictions. The council will also consider a resolution to acquire Lot 2 in Gypsum Creek Center Filing No. 3, and a first reading of an ordinance amending accessory building and use codes. Oaths of office for newly elected members and election of a Mayor Pro-Tem are also scheduled.

The Town Council will hold a public hearing and second reading on Ordinance No. 02, which would adopt a new Title 22 of the municipal code regarding special districts. The Council will also consider first reading of Ordinance No. 04 authorizing the town manager to declare water shortage phases and repeal existing water use restrictions. The council will hold a public hearing and second reading on Ordinance No. 03, which raises water and sewer tap fees and updates terminology. A first reading will introduce a new municipal code title on special districts.
