Special Town Commission Meeting - Quasi-Judicial Hearing

The Surfside Town Commission will hold a quasi-judicial hearing to decide two land-use applications: a site plan amendment for 9133-9149 Collins Avenue to change from 29 residential and 26 hotel units to 24 residential units with 7 caretaker units and no hotel, plus a conditional use for an accessory restaurant; and a variance for 9341 Bay Drive to allow a 10-foot front setback where 20 feet is required.
