process will be adhered to. In this regard, civility and a sense of decorum will be strictly
followed. All speakers must address their comments to the Board. Comments that are
personally condescending will not be permitted. Please use the microphone before
speaking as the proceedings are being recorded. Please state your name before
commenting. While not required, it may be helpful to the Village Board for citizens to
state if they are a resident of the Village. In order to give as many visitors as possible an
opportunity to speak and in the interest of adjourning the meeting by 9:00 PM, all
comments under Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and each speaker
will only be permitted to speak once, unless further time is granted by the Village Board.

GROW Ecological Commission presents home energy savings program
The commission is sharing information about a Metropolitan Mayors Caucus program providing free energy-saving products and home assessments. The program is available to homeowners and renters using ComEd, Nicor Gas, Peoples’ Gas, or North Shore Gas.
