Council to consider zoning code amendments on flat roofs, height, zero lot lines
The Winter Park Town Council will first hold an executive session (closed to the public) to receive legal advice on a dispute with VZF Group, LLC, then recess until 5:30 p.m. for the regular meeting. After public comment and consent agenda approvals, the council will hold public hearings on special event permits, a zoning code amendment (Ordinance 648, first reading), a special use permit for a long-term mobile vending use, and final plats for two subdivisions. The council will also consider two housing authority resolutions setting a maximum sale price and authorizing purchase of Lot 7 at 43 Junction Way in Hideaway Junction Phase II.
