Tree Board
The Tree Board approved the minutes from the August 8 meeting. They reported a successful tree giveaway and scheduled planting of ten free trees and replacements in Lincoln Place Park for September 23. The board decided not to pursue a web video with E‑Local due to the significant cost. A brief discussion on marking green ash trees was held, but no decision was made.

City Council
The City Council approved several rezoning ordinances for industrial, commercial, and residential areas.
