vacant attorney position. She noted that similar bonuses had been used previously with
repayment conditions if an employee failed to remain for the required service period.
Finance Director Margaret Lindsey advised that the annual carryover process from
FY2026 to FY2027 was still open and that the Commonwealth’s Attorney's FY2026
