The Henderson City-County Planning Commission recommended approval of Rezoning #1112, changing 5.038 acres at 1213 Barret Blvd from Agricultural (AG) to Highway Commercial (H-C) to allow consolidation with an adjacent lot for Henderson Municipal Power & Light's relocation. The commission also recommended signage amendments to the Gateway Zone District, approved the December finance and bond reports, and approved a minor subdivision plat for the Floyd M. Bowling Estate. Officers for 2021 were re-elected, and a special meeting was scheduled for January 26 for an I-69 update.
