Thank you. Chairman, no changes to the agenda. Thank you, sir. Thank you. This morning we're going to be presenting a check, which again, always happy to talk about money coming to the county, for the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport taxi way and infrastructure project. So in the state budget this year, Hernanum County is receiving $750,000 to help with our match portion for $13.6 million we're actually going to be receiving federally for our taxiway and infrastructure project. Just a little bit background on this project. These funds will be used to rehabilitate the airport's in active runway into an active taxiway and extend water and sewer utilities across the airport's infield. Together, these critical infrastructure improvements will create development-ready sites capable of attracting new aviation, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and other high -value economic development projects. This would not have been accomplished without the incredible work of our team moving forward with grants. I want to quickly thank Valerie Piazza, Steve Miller from the airport and economic development, as well as our procurement and grants team. We have Carla Roster-Smith, Aaron Briggs, and also Casey Stepp. They really came together to make this project happen, but this would have never happened, and we would have never received these dollars without our great legislators. We have Representative Jeff Holcomb from District 53 here today. We will be doing a check presentation here in [Excerpt truncated on this listing page; use the official record for the full text.]

Thank you. Good morning, everyone. Thank you. My name is Pablo Barozo, I'm going to use four times, working standards, I don't know. Thank you. This is something, this is I'm in the airport, no I'm in the car, I'm in the car, mode. In fact, when I found out through public record that she did, I didn't approach them. I didn't say anything. I waited for you guys to hear my side and hopefully you agree with me. That's all I got. All right. Thank you, sir. Take a seat. We'll now open the floor to public comment. Anyone here to speak for or against the application, please make your way forward. As you come forward, please go ahead and state your name, spell your last name, and state whether you've been sworn. Good morning. My name is Adriana Probus, PRO, BUS, and yes, I've been sworn this morning. I am the adjacent neighbor to this gentleman here. And I do not agree with some of the facts that he's presenting you. We live right to the left of this diagram here. And when he first moved in a few years ago, he said, I'm building a pole barn and whatever he desires to build is fine with us. You know, great. We have a new neighbor. It was an empty lot at the time. Now we have a massive building there, which whatever he does with is fine, but it's only about 16 feet away from our fence line in the back. Now, then he introduced the helicopters coming in, and I did send you some media so you can be aware of how bothersome that is to us and how dangerous it is to our grandkids who frequent [Excerpt truncated on this listing page; use the official record for the full text.]

Thank you. All right. Thank you. So if I put the building there where my house is at, it leaves about, from what I recall, I think it's 12 feet from my house. We're just trying to get a little bit more room off the house with that four feet. I'm actually going to be storing like a couple of cars in there is what it is. And that leaves me enough room to get around the back of my house with a car to get into the other side. So that's the only reason that the four feet that we're asking for is just to literally just kind of get it off the house just a little bit. The easement actually goes up like it's almost halfway into my backyard. By the time you measure it out, it sits quite a bit and it really pushes that building up. So that's why we're asking for the four feet and just trying to scoot it back off the house just a little bit to get a little bit more room. But it definitely, like I said, doesn't prevent any kind of lake maintenance because you could never get to it. To the left of me, the property owner to the side of me is where the actual opening is that they would be able to get to the waterway. Past my property is even more heavily wooded with the neighbors and it continues along that you'd never be able to get anything back through there. Anything further before we go to Commissioner questions? I have nothing further. You're welcome. Okay. Thank you, sir. Commissioner champion. Thank you. If you just stay up here, sir. Okay. So the rear of your property, you said ther [Excerpt truncated on this listing page; use the official record for the full text.]

There were some concerns about interfering with an existing frontage road for this property right here at the top. There was a variance that allowed for frontage road here. But because it's now part of the parcel, I don't think there's going to be any interconnectivity issues. All that the applicant is asking for is to [Excerpt truncated on this listing page; use the official record for the full text.]
