Uh so once again, the town center uh so the major excitement in the town center is the development of the 134th and Mountain View corridor. That town's at Herman Town Center, Commons at Herman Town Center. Guess I wasn't ready yet. Um uh we are anticipating some of that taxable value to start rolling on in fiscal year 28. There is also associated tax increment agreements with elevated the developer um that are continuing. They actually started in fiscal year 26 but they're tied to taxable value. So those amounts will go up um as um development occurs within that area. um in the business center. Um as you can see, we are projecting modest um tax growth. that project. >> Thank you, Abigail. Um, our next group is with Violet, Sage, and Sophia. >> Hi, my name is Violet Anderson. I'm Sage Herma. And we're members of the Herman City Youth Council and we're here to present our legacy project. Sophia is another member of our group, but she was unable to attend tonight. For our legacy project, we decided to help by volunteering at the Columbus Center's daycare. The Columbus Center is a learning education center where adults can gain education. The parents often need assistance watching their kids in order to attend classes. We helped by watching the kids and playing with them while the parents were able to learn. I think from the beginning, we wanted to do something for the parents in Herman. We wanted to help by watching their kids and giving them a time to do what they needed to do. Helping this nonprofit in our city was a great way to accomplish our goal. Something that was so important that we learned was how close our community is and how crucial it is to support places where community can come together. Every time we went, we saw volunteers who were frequently there and how well the kids knew them. This was such a cool thing to witness because it showed how important it is to be involved involved and the benefits that can come from it. By helping to watch the students kids at the Columbus Center, we helped her in a few ways. The first is that our service offered assistance to nonprofit in Herman that helps residents here. The …
