We have reviewed the animal control chapter ordinance multiple times. We have looked at other ordinances
from municipalities close to us, and we have had a Department of Ag review as well. The mayor stated it is
compliant with state statutes, and he would like to go ahead and send it through, and then we can make
corrections as needed in the future. The committee will recommend at the first council meeting in July.

Gordon Pruitt stated he has been trying to get the curb fixed in front of his house for some time. Paid in 2011 or
2012 to have it repaired. The curb was damaged again later when there was a water leak. In 2024, he had a
conversation with Alderman Ahlgren, and she had spoken with Tom, and it was to be taken care of. Also, there
have been several break-ins. He has had one at least once a year for the last 3 years. Would like to speak with
the police on how to make his house more secure.

Mayor Frattini called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. Mayor led us in prayer and Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
