The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Mayor Joseph T. Tamburino. The following members
responded present at roll call:

Mayor Tamburino opened the Public Comment portion of the meeting.
As there were no comments, Mayor Tamburino entertained a motion to close the Public Comment
portion of the meeting.
So moved by Trustee Johnson, seconded by Trustee Delgado.

APPROVAL OR CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
Motion made by Trustee Johnson, seconded by Trustee Delgado, to approve the minutes for the May
Regular Board Meeting and June Board of a Whole Meeting of May 18, 2026.
