✓ Decided: Houston City Council approved the FY 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan and multiple loan and infrastructure agreements.
The Houston City Council held its regular meeting on June 23-24, 2020, adopting the Fiscal Year 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) with amendments and confirming several ethics commission appointments.
