The Irmo Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of Ordinance 25-1, which would annex 0.52 acres at 6375 Saint Andrews Road into the town and rezone it from C1 (Lexington County) to CG (Town of Irmo). The recommendation now goes to the Town Council for final action. The commission also discussed a proposed zoning ordinance on parking in residential zones but took no action.

Irmo council to discuss funding for new town hall and hurricane cleanup
