Board of Adjustments

Board of Commissioners

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will consider a resolution to establish the qualifying fees for the 2026 elections. It will also review a special use request for a landscaping business at 1557 Maddox Road, renew a legal services agreement with Atkinson Ferguson, LLC, and approve a contract renewal for inmate medical services with CorrectHealth Jackson, LLC. Additional items include adopting the 2026 meeting calendar, appointing a vice‑chairman, and approving a memorandum of understanding with the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension.
