convened at City Hall at 6:00 PM, April 10, 2026, being the third Tuesday of said month, when
and where the following things were had and done to wit:
Present: Council Members: Amy Douglass, Member Brian Grizzell, Member Ashby
Foote , Member Montyne Clay, Member Kenneth Stokes, Member Vernon
Hartley, Member Lashia Brown-Thomas. Directors: Pieter Teeuwissen, Chief
Administrative Officer; Shanekia Jordan, Clerk of Council; Sabrina Shelby,
Chief Deputy Clerk of Council and Drew Martin, City Attorney
