January 6, 2026
CALL TO ORDER
7:00 p.m
The scheduled meeting of the Junction City Commission was held on Tuesday,
January 6th, 2026 with Mayor Pat Landes presiding.
The following members of the Commission were present: Pat Landes, Richard
Pinaire, Terry Butler, Sam Yoskowitz, & Kelly Niemczyk. Staff present was: City
Manager Zimmerman, City Clerk Diaz Lorenzo De Barreto, Finance Director
Vvilcox, and City Attorney Stites.
Election of Mayor and Vice Mayor
Commissioner Pinaire moved that nominations be made at once and that they do
not have to be seconded, then they will vote for the nominees, seconded by
Commissioner Yoskowitz. Ayes: Landes, Pinaire, Butler, Yoskowitz, & Niemczyk.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
