2. The business at Kr Bar & Grill is good, however the partnership is not going so well
3. Al has not been able to be at the bar due to an OPF that was filed against him by Amber.
4. The bar is attached to Cocktail Drafts and Eats insurance, federal and state tax
identifications, work compensation insurance and liquor license.
5. Currently there are things happening at the bar that Cory could be held liable for and
currently seeking legal representation on the issues.
6. Asking the council to consider suspending the liquor license until things can be resolved.
7. There are currently people working there that have been fired and brought back and
paid cash.
