The meeting was opened by Stephen J Dunn at 5:30 pm.
Meeting attendees included Kenneth R Stevens, Maureen Clarke, Tara Bulman & Pam Curtin.
OFFICE UPDATES:
Maureen Clarke advised board members that she is reviewing the VISION revaluation reports and the percentage of
commercial increase is more significant than prior years. Ms. Clarke reviewed the impact that 2025 sales will have on
this year’s property assessments.
BILLS:
Board members reviewed and signed bills.
MEETING MINUTES:
Board members reviewed and authorized open session minutes.
TAX COMMITMENT:
Board members reviewed and authorized Motor Vehicle commitment 5.
ABATEMENTS:
September abatements were reviewed and authorized.
NEXT REGULAR MEETING:
Mr. Dunn reviewed the next meeting date of October 27, 2026, and suggested changing the meeting time to 5:00 pm
due to the Town Meeting scheduled for 7:00 pm. Mr. Stevens agrees.
